We are a special District designed for burial of present and past residents of Truckee. Our exception for Military is as follows from our Policies and Procedures: 9.0 Sale of Burial Lots, Plots, Niches:
i.The person died while serving in the armed forces or the active militia OR while in the line of duty as a peace officer or firefighter AND the Board of Trustees determines that the Cemetery has adequate space for non-resident burials.
